1. General
By making a reservation, checking into the hotel, or using hotel facilities, guests agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions established by Orlando I-Drive North Hotel (“Hotel”). The Hotel reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Reservations & Payment
- A valid government-issued photo ID and major credit/debit card are required at check-in.
- Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking depending on the selected rate plan.
- The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.
- Rates are subject to applicable Florida state and local taxes.
- An incidental security deposit may be required at check-in and released after inspection of the room upon departure.
3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Reservations must be canceled at least 24–72 hours prior to arrival, depending on the booking terms selected.
- Failure to cancel within the allowed timeframe may result in a one-night room and tax charge.
- Guests who fail to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without notice (“No-Show”) will be charged according to the reservation policy.
4. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time: 3:00 PM
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
- Guests must be at least 21 years old to reserve and check into a room unless otherwise permitted by management.
